Import Guest Profiles
Import Guest Data: Upload an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV file containing guest information. The system will automatically create unique guest profiles.
Duplicate guests (by email or name+phone) will be updated instead of creating new records.

Download a sample Excel template to see the correct format for your data. Fill in your guest information following the template structure.
Supported formats: CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls)
Expected Column Names
Your file should include some or all of these columns:
- Guest Name(s)
- Email
- Phone number
- Address
- Booker country
- Nationality
- Passport No
- Travel purpose
- Remarks
Note: Column names are flexible - the system will recognize similar column names like "Name", "Guest Name", "Email Address", etc.
